民進黨立委柯建銘日前向台北地方法院提起自訴，指控前總統馬英九於2013年在特偵組偵辦司法關說案時，將時任檢察總長黃世銘陳報的偵查機密洩露給他人，違反刑法洩密罪、通訊保障及監察法等罪，北院將於11月8日以被告身分傳喚馬英九到庭應訊。對此，馬英九辦公室今天(20日)下午表示，日前已收到台北地院的刑事庭傳票，當天會準時到庭應訊。

馬辦強調，馬英九從事公職以來，一向奉公守法、廉潔自持，絕對禁得起司法檢驗。

北院20日表示，已排定11月8日下午2時30分以被告身分傳喚馬英九到庭應訊。
